What we make

Apparel for every group on your payroll.

Most companies need more than one thing. Field crews need durable work shirts and jackets. Office and sales staff need polos and button-downs that look right in front of a customer. Everyone eventually needs a hoodie. We carry options across that whole range, so one order can cover several employee groups without mixing suppliers.

Shirts and polos
T-shirts, polo shirts, button-down and business shirts, and work shirts built for daily wear on a job site.
Outerwear
Hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, jackets, work jackets, and vests for crews working outdoors through the season.
Headwear and accessories
Hats and caps, beanies, aprons, and bags or totes — usually the easiest add-on to an apparel order.
Safety and high-visibility
High-visibility shirts, vests, and outerwear for crews who need to be seen on site or near traffic.
Value
Durable essentials
Reliable everyday apparel that holds up to regular wear and washing. A cost-conscious choice for large crews, event apparel, and high-turnover programs.
Mid-range
Everyday company apparel
Better fabric weight, fit, and color retention. Where most ongoing employee apparel programs land, because staff actually keep wearing it.
High-end
Customer-facing and executive
Performance polos, structured outerwear, and recognized labels for sales teams, management, and anyone representing you in front of a client.

We work with brands including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Port Authority, Sport-Tek, District, Next Level, Independent Trading Co., Carhartt, Nike, OGIO, Cutter & Buck, Richardson, Flexfit, and New Era. If you have a brand or a specific style in mind, tell us and we will price it. If you do not, tell us the budget and the job, and we will bring you options.

Who we outfit

Built around companies that reorder.

Our apparel work sits with commercial buyers rather than one-time event orders. That usually means a company with crews to outfit, turnover to keep up with, and a look that needs to stay consistent from one order to the next.

Trades and construction
Contractors and field service
General contractors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping companies. Durable work shirts and jackets for the crew, cleaner polos for estimators and project managers.
Industrial
Manufacturing and production
Plant and shop-floor apparel, high-visibility options where the environment calls for it, and consistent restocking as headcount changes.
Corporate
Offices and sales organizations
Branded polos, button-downs, and outerwear for office staff, sales teams, and anyone in front of a customer. Often ordered alongside name badges.
Service businesses
Property, facilities and commercial services
Property management, facility maintenance, pest control, restoration, and commercial service companies whose staff work at a customer's site.
Hospitality
Restaurants, breweries and hospitality groups
Staff shirts, aprons, and hats for front and back of house, with multi-location groups ordering to one approved layout.
Ongoing programs
Companies with recurring apparel needs
If you hire through the year, your artwork stays on file and reorders match what you approved. New hires get the same shirt as the rest of the crew.
Choosing a decoration method

Embroidery or screen printing?

Most company apparel orders come down to this one choice, and it is usually decided by the garment and where the logo goes. Both are produced in our Chico shop, and both start at a 24-piece minimum. Plenty of orders use each — embroidered polos for the office, printed tees for the crew.

Embroidery
Thread stitched into the garment. It carries a professional look, holds up to repeated washing, and suits heavier fabrics.
  • Polos, button-downs, jackets, vests, hats and beanies
  • Left chest logos, sleeve marks, and cap fronts
  • Office staff, management, and customer-facing roles
  • Priced by stitch count — how much thread the design takes — and design complexity
  • Customer-supplied garments accepted with pre-approval

Screen printing
Ink printed onto the fabric. It handles large artwork economically and is the usual choice for higher piece counts.
  • T-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks and lighter garments
  • Full-front, full-back, and large-format artwork
  • Field crews, shop floors, and bigger runs
  • Priced by number of colors and print locations
  • Customer-supplied garments are not accepted

Not sure which fits? Tell us the garment, the artwork, and roughly how many pieces, and we will recommend one. It is a short conversation, and getting it right up front saves a reprint later.

Garment selection

Apparel your employees will actually wear.

The cheapest shirt is not a saving if it sits in a locker. A few things decide whether company apparel gets worn: whether it fits the work, whether it survives washing, and whether people are comfortable being seen in it off the clock.

Match the garment to the work
Crews working outside need weight and durability. Office staff need something that presses well and holds its shape. Kitchen and shop environments need fabric that tolerates heat and washing.
Split the order by group
Field, shop, sales, and management do not need the same shirt. One order can carry several garments and still keep one consistent logo treatment across all of them.
Think about the second order
Pick a garment that will still be available when you hire in six months. We keep your artwork and specification on file so the reorder matches rather than approximates.
Size the run honestly
Quantity affects the per-piece price, so it is worth counting the whole crew rather than ordering twice. Minimum is 24 pieces, and there is no maximum.
How ordering works

From artwork to delivered apparel.

Apparel is quoted per order rather than priced from a published table. Garment choice, quantity, decoration method, and artwork all move the number, so the quote reflects the job you are actually running.

1
Send your artwork and the basics
Production-ready artwork is vector: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, or CorelDRAW. If you have that, send it. If you do not, send what you have — we will tell you what is needed. Artwork that has to be cleaned up or rebuilt starts at $50, quoted before we do it.
2
We quote the job
Garment selection sets the garment portion. Embroidery is priced by stitch count and design complexity; screen printing by number of colors and print locations. Quantity discounts apply, and any artwork or setup charge is quoted with the rest.
3
You approve a proof
On new orders we send a proof and wait for your approval before anything goes into production. Reorders match the approved layout already on file.
4
Production and delivery
Standard production is 10–14 days after artwork and proof approval. Rush service is available with pre-approval, though we cannot accommodate every rush request — call and ask. Local pickup in Chico or shipping nationwide.

One shop for your company's identity.

We produce apparel, embroidered hats, name badges, and compliance tags under one roof in Chico. If you are outfitting your team with shirts and identification at the same time, we can quote it all together and keep the branding consistent across every piece.

Frequently asked

Ordering company apparel.

What is the minimum order?
24 pieces, for both embroidery and screen printing. There is no maximum — larger company and employee apparel runs are a normal part of our work. If you are close to 24 and unsure how to make up the count, hats and bags are an easy way to round out an order.
Should we choose embroidery or screen printing?
Embroidery suits polos, button-downs, jackets, vests, and hats, and works best for left-chest logos and smaller marks. Screen printing suits t-shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks, and handles large front or back artwork more economically at higher counts. Many companies order both. Tell us the garment, the artwork, and the quantity, and we will recommend one.
Can we supply our own garments?
For embroidery, yes, with pre-approval — send the details before you buy so we can confirm the garment runs cleanly on our equipment. For screen printing we do not accept customer-supplied garments; those orders are produced on garments we supply.
What artwork do you need?
Production-ready artwork is vector-based: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, or CorelDRAW. If you have a vector logo from whoever built your branding, that is what to send. If all you have is a photo of a business card or an old shirt, send it anyway and we will tell you what is workable. Artwork that needs cleanup or a rebuild starts at $50, and we quote that before doing any of it.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 10–14 days after artwork and proof approval, for both embroidery and screen printing. The clock starts at approval, not at the quote request. Rush service is available with pre-approval, but we will not promise every rush request — call and we will tell you honestly whether the date works.
What affects the price?
Four things, mostly. The garment you choose sets the garment portion. Quantity moves the per-piece price, and quantity discounts apply. For embroidery, stitch count and design complexity matter. For screen printing, it is the number of ink colors and how many locations are printed. Artwork or setup charges may apply and are quoted with the order rather than added afterward.
How do reorders work?
Your artwork and approved layout stay on file. A reorder matches what you approved rather than starting over, so the shirt a new hire gets in November matches the one the crew got in March. A changed logo or a new garment gets a fresh proof.
Can you outfit different groups with different apparel?
Yes, and most companies over about 25 employees end up doing exactly that. Field crews, shop staff, sales, and management often need different garments while carrying the same logo treatment. One quote can cover several garments across those groups.
Do you ship, or do we pick up?
Both. Local pickup is available at our Chico shop during business hours, and we ship nationwide. Multi-location companies often have orders split and shipped to each site.
What do you need to give us a quote?
The garment type or a style you have in mind, roughly how many pieces and a size breakdown if you have one, where the logo goes, and your artwork. If you are missing pieces of that, send what you have — we will ask about the rest. We respond within 4 business hours during our Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PT hours.

Ready to outfit your team?
